Welcome to JustFlip (the "Application"), a mobile application developed and operated by Daniel Čech, an independent entrepreneur (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Republic ("I", "me", or "my").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application & User Content
1.1. JustFlip is a flashcard application that allows users to create, modify, and study flashcards manually or with the assistance of AI tools.
1.2. The Application does not require user registration or the creation of an account.
1.3. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, create, or store within the Application, including but not limited to custom text, flashcards, images, and other materials ("User Content").
1.4. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, copyrights, or applicable laws. I do not monitor User Content and assume no responsibility for it.
2. No Liability for Data Loss (iCloud Storage)
2.1. The Application does not store your flashcards or User Content on its own servers. All your data is stored locally on your device and synchronized via Apple iCloud.
2.2. You acknowledge and agree that I have no access to, control over, or visibility into your iCloud storage.
2.3. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION OF DATA, OR FAILURE OF ICLOUD SYNCHRONIZATION. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device and data.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases (Pro Version)
3.1. The basic version of JustFlip is free to use with certain limitations. Additional features and extended limits can be unlocked by purchasing the "Pro" version.
3.2. The Pro version is available via monthly or annual subscriptions, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
3.3. All purchases, payments, subscriptions, and refunds are processed and managed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store (In-App Purchases). I do not collect or store your billing or payment information.
3.4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Application, including its AI features, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and I do not guarantee its correctness or fitness for any purpose.
4.2. In no event shall Daniel Čech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. The Application's design, code, graphics, branding, and original content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Daniel Čech and are protected by copyright laws.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
