Daniel Čech ("I", "me", or "my") operates the JustFlip mobile application (the "Application"). This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and disclose information when you use the Application.
1. Personal Data I Do Not Collect
1.1. I do not require account registration.
1.2. I do not collect, store, or have access to your name, email address, password, or any personal identifiers.
1.3. Your app data (flashcards, images) is stored on your device and in your personal Apple iCloud storage. I cannot access this data.
1.4. If you enable iCloud, your app data is synchronized across your devices through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) service. This synchronization is operated entirely by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. I have no access to your iCloud data and no control over Apple's sync service.
2. Third-Party Services & Data Collection
To improve the performance and reliability of the Application, I use third-party analytics and monitoring tools. These tools may collect certain non-personal, technical information automatically:
2.1. Google Analytics for Firebase
I use this service to understand how users interact with the Application (e.g., which features are used most frequently). This data is anonymized and aggregated.
2.2. Firebase Crashlytics
I use this service to monitor app stability and collect crash reports. If the Application crashes, Crashlytics collects technical details about the crash (e.g., device type, operating system version, and the state of the app at the time of the crash) to help me fix the issue.
2.3. RevenueCat
I use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes a randomly generated app-user identifier and transaction data (such as the product purchased and purchase status) to validate your access to paid features. It does not receive your name or Apple ID.
3. Children's Privacy
3.1. Since I do not collect any personal data, the Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
4. Changes to This Privacy Policy
4.1. I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the Application or on the website.
